ZPAXIA — Privacy Policy

What data we collect

ZPAXIA collects only the following data from your browser:

• Your email address (via Google sign-in)
• Open tab URLs and tab titles
• Tab favicon URLs
• Bookmark data (URLs, titles, folder structure)
• A device name you assign to each signed-in device

We do not collect page content, cookies, form data, browsing history, passwords, or any other personal information.

How we store your data

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud project: zpaxia-com), associated with your Google account. Only you can access your own data.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to sync your open tabs and bookmarks across your own devices where you are signed in with the ZPAXIA extension. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Third-party data sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties. No analytics, no advertising, no data brokers.

Data deletion

When you sign out, your device's tab data is automatically removed from our servers. Devices inactive for more than 90 days have their data automatically cleaned up. To request full deletion of all your data, email us at hello@zpaxia.com.

Incognito tabs

ZPAXIA never syncs tabs from incognito/private browsing windows.

Third-party services

ZPAXIA uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. No other third-party services are used. We do not use analytics or tracking tools.
